2c flour (I use half white and half whole wheat)
1 Tbsp yeast
2tsp sugar
3/4 tsp garlic salt
3/4 tsp oregano
1 c. water
Mix and let rise for 1 hour. Spread on parchment paper lined pans, oiled and sprinkled with cormeal.
Press dough out with oiled hands.
Bake at 400 to cook before adding toppings.
-makes one large pizza
-make a triple or quadruple batch to freeze
To FreezeDon't let rise, place in ziploc or other storage making sure there is as little air as possible. Note the date.
When you want to use it take it out the night before and put in the fridge. Just before you're ready uncover/take it out of the ziploc and place in covered oiled bowl to rise.
Press out and bake, it may take longer to bake due to extra moisture.
